Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Scheduling
Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. By booking an appointment with Muse MedSpa, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Cancellation Policy.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Requirements
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, failure to attend a scheduled appointment (“no-show”), or repeated last-minute rescheduling may result in a cancellation fee. Applicable fees may vary depending on the type and duration of the scheduled service.
3. Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees, if assessed, must be paid prior to scheduling future appointments. Muse MedSpa reserves the right to charge the card on file for applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with this policy.
Failure to remit outstanding cancellation fees may result in the inability to schedule future services.
4. Late Arrivals
Patients are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time, modification of the scheduled service, or the need to reschedule the appointment. If rescheduling is required due to late arrival, cancellation fees may apply.
5. Prepaid Services and Packages
For prepaid services, treatment packages, or promotional offers, failure to provide proper cancellation notice may result in forfeiture of the scheduled session or deduction from the purchased package, at the discretion of Muse MedSpa.
6. Right to Refuse or Modify Appointments
Muse MedSpa reserves the right to refuse service, require deposits for future bookings, or modify scheduling privileges for patients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows.
7. Policy Modifications
Muse MedSpa reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting to our website.
