Sydney Scott-Sullivan
Founder, Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Sydney has been in the skin care industry for over 23 years. She has dedicated her career to learning about the science of skin and has been clinically trained in Medical Aesthetics in the US as well as Internationally. After Sydney had been working with some of the top Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, and Medical Spa practices overseas and in Texas, she decided to combine her knowledge and experience in skin care and aesthetic procedures to pursue her own passion in medical aesthetics.
Sydney is committed to offering the highest level of patient care and offers the latest in facial aesthetics and injectable techniques. Sydney was Voted Real Self Top Injector and regularly attends professional conferences, trainings, and continuing education classes to learn up-to-date advances and procedures in the aesthetics industry. Sydney is an Allergan, Galderma, Swift Masterclass Graduate, Alumni of Dr. Shino Bay-Aguilera’s Materclass, Delegate of Academy for Injection Anatomy, Dr. Anil Rajani alumni, as well as an ArqueDerma certified injector. Sydney has been trained by the industry’s most elite and respected professionals. The ArqueDerma technique corrects volume loss, effectively collects redundant facial volume and allows the injector to redirect it into facial hollows. This technique effectively extends the use of dermal fillers by 40% and stimulates your own collagen production to achieve unprecedented, longer lasting results. Sydney is currently a licensed practical nurse (LVN) and she is continuing her schooling to obtain her RN license.
Sydney’s goal is to give her clients the look of flawless, beautiful and youthful looking skin. She is incredibly passionate about educating her clients on products and procedures and formulates a customize a treatment plan for each individual. Sydney loves integrating regenerative treatment with other injectables and treatments to help you age as gracefully and naturally as possible. She is dedicated to making her clients look and feel their absolute best while obtaining a beautiful and natural look.
Outside of her passion for medical aesthetics, Sydney loves spending time with her family and loves volunteering as a Sunday school teacher at her church. Between her husband keeping her laughing, teen fun with Kelsey, Scarlett who is pure sunshine and smiles, and little Georgia her steals her mommy’s heart daily, Sydney feels incredibly blessed. Being a wife and mother is a gift that she treasures above all things.
David Queen
DNP, APRN, FNP-C
David is a Family Nurse Practitioner and holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with a focus on quality improvement, organizational systems, and healthcare leadership. He has been in the medical field for over two decades and brings a variety of expertise to Muse. David has worked in many areas of medicine, including nursing leadership, hospital medicine, pediatric urology, home health, urgent care and allergy/immunology. He joined Muse MedSpa in the summer of 2021. David has a special interest in the use of neurotoxins to create a natural, but youthful look. He assisted with the development of the weight loss program at Muse and continues to be an integral part of quality improvement initiatives in the practice.
David not only has a beautiful touch when administering his treatment, he is a science junky and loves to dive deep into the science of each product or procedure that he does. David has been an amazing part of the Muse team and we are so lucky to have him.
David has resided in Austin since 2009 and enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and playing competitive softball.
Adrianna Dasilva-Strempel
Aesthetician, Brow and Camouflage Artist
Adrianna DaSilva-Strempel graduated from Avenue Five Institute in Austin in 2017 and has dedicated her career to helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin. She has completed multiple advanced skin health trainings as well as certifications in microblading and scar camouflage. Adrianna takes pride in creating customized treatment plans and guiding her clients on their journey to feeling confident and comfortable in their skin. Her attention to detail and genuine care for each person she works with have helped her build lasting relationships with a loyal clientele.
Beyond the treatment room, Adrianna is a devoted equestrian who finds joy and balance through time spent riding and caring for horses. She also treasures life at home with her two dogs, Roxy and Ranger, who keep her days full of love and laughter.
Mallory Coleman
Clinical Manager, Professional Laser Technician
Mallory joined the Muse MedSpa team in 2019 as a Patient Care Coordinator, where she quickly built strong relationships with clients through her genuine passion for helping others look and feel their best. After nine months, she began studying histology and went on to earn her Professional Laser Technician license. Since then, Mallory has completed numerous advanced laser aesthetics trainings and is an alumna of The Aesthetic Academy. She has pursued specialized training in a wide variety of laser skin and body treatments and continues to expand her expertise through ongoing education. Now serving as Aesthetic Director of Muse MedSpa, Mallory is highly regarded for her knowledge in laser aesthetics and her expertise in body contouring. With a true passion for medical aesthetics, she is dedicated to helping every client feel confident, radiant, and their absolute best.
Andrea Walker

Grant Gold
RN, Aesthetic Nurse Injector
With eight years of experience as an ER nurse, Grant Gold is no stranger to precision, patient care, and critical medicine. Over the past several years, he has transitioned his expertise into the world of aesthetics, where he specializes in injectables. His clinical background, steady hand, and compassionate approach give patients confidence in both his skill and his care.
Grant’s personal experience with skin issues has shaped his empathetic and patient-centered approach. He understands how much our skin can affect self-confidence and takes the time to truly listen to each patient’s concerns. His passion lies in building meaningful connections and developing treatment plans—whether subtle enhancements or transformative changes—that honor and enhance each patient’s natural features.
When he’s not at Muse, Grant enjoys practicing yoga, running the Greenbelt, and swimming at Barton Springs. He loves traveling, house music, and music festivals. While he doesn’t have any pets of his own, he definitely loves petting other people’s dogs. His favorite meal would be sushi and a mezcal old-fashioned.
Gina Miller
Nutrition & Wellness Coach
While attending the University of Texas at Austin, Gina started to discover her passion with health and wellness. During her graduate path in Natural Sciences, she started practicing yoga and integrating nutrition into her daily life. Gina graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science and has worked in the health and wellness space ever since. Not only did she discover the physical health acquired through her yoga practice but also the positive mentality and introspective mindfulness that came along with it as well.
This inspired her in 2011 to receive her Yoga certification and become a Yoga teacher. Shortly after that she decided to further her qualifications and knowledge and she received her 500-hour certification where she dove deeper into Yogic philosophy, anatomy and Ayurvedic nutrition. Her fascination with Ayurveda inspired her to take continuing educational courses at The Natural Epicurean Culinary Academy. She has been an active teacher for almost 15 years and has more than 1000 hours of Yogic training through her 2 certifications and continuing education courses.
In 2023 Gina decided to take the next step and get her Nutritionist certification through the International Sports Science Association and is now a Nutritional Coach. Gina has always had a passion for health and wellness and it has been a part of her career for over a decade. She is our Nutrition Counselor and works alongside a wonderful medical team that supervises the weight-loss program as well as other health and wellness alternatives like peptide therapy and supplement advice.
Nicole Boan
Aesthetician
Nicole is a Licensed Esthetician and Paramedical DMK Certified Skin Therapist with over a decade of experience in advanced corrective skincare. As the founder of Skin By Nicole in Austin and The Skin Lounge in North Carolina, she brings her signature approach to Muse MedSpa—merging holistic skin health education with powerful, results-driven treatments backed by science.
Specializing in DMK Enzyme Therapy and custom facials, Nicole focuses on rebuilding skin function from within, offering customized skin revision plans for hormonal acne, pigmentation, premature aging, and inflammation. With training under dermatologists and experience with over 30 professional skincare lines, Nicole’s work goes beyond surface-level treatments to deliver long-term, transformative results.
In addition to her hands-on expertise, Nicole is also a business mentor for estheticians, podcast host, and educator, dedicated to empowering others to feel confident—in their skin and in their careers.
Piper Vickers
Patient Care Coordinator
Piper is deeply passionate about creating positive experiences for both patients and her team. She believes that genuine care, empathy, and a welcoming spirit make all the difference in helping others feel valued and supported. Whether it’s ensuring patients feel comfortable during their visit or lending a hand to her colleagues, Piper strives to bring kindness and encouragement into every interaction.
For the past 2.5 years, Piper has worked as Sydney’s dedicated medical assistant, where she has gained hands-on experience in patient care, clinical support, and team collaboration. Through this role, she has built strong skills in organization, communication, and problem-solving while always keeping patient well-being at the center of her work.
Piper’s blend of compassion, reliability, and team-focused energy makes her an asset to both patients and peers alike. She is committed to continuing to grow in the healthcare field while fostering an environment where everyone feels cared for and respected.
Lindsay Kelley
Patient Care Coordinator
Lindsay brings a unique blend of skills to her role as a Patient Care Coordinator, drawing on her years of experience as a successful realtor. In real estate, Lindsay became known for her ability to listen closely to clients’ needs, guide them through complex decisions, and create a sense of comfort during what can often be a stressful process. She has carried these same strengths into healthcare, where compassion, clear communication, and attention to detail are essential.
As a Patient Care Coordinator, Lindsay uses her natural ability to build trust, manage multiple moving parts, and advocate for individuals and families. Just as she once matched clients with homes that fit their lifestyle, she now helps patients navigate their care journey with empathy and efficiency—ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
Her passion for helping people, combined with her organizational skills and dedication to service, makes her a valuable advocate for patients and their loved ones.
Pamela Hurley
Patient Care & Social Media Coordinator
Pamela is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every patient from the moment they walk through the door. As our Patient Care Coordinator, Pamela combines compassion with exceptional organizational skills to ensure that each patient’s journey is smooth, informed, and stress-free.
In addition to guiding patients through scheduling, treatment coordination, and ongoing communication, Pamela also contributes to the growth of our practice by managing social media and creating engaging content. She enjoys sharing valuable information, updates, and behind-the-scenes moments that reflect the care and expertise of our team.
Her dual role allows her to connect with patients both in person and online, making sure they feel informed, valued, and supported throughout their experience. Pamela’s approachable manner and attention to detail reflect her belief that healthcare should be both professional and deeply human.
Outside of work, Pamela enjoys wakesurfing, building her business Wild Halo, and spending time with her two boys, Julian and Lincoln, who are her greatest joy.
Dr. Roberto Miranda
Medical Director
Dr. Miranda is a native of Brazil who graduated from the University of Sao Paulo. He was educated in medicine in Frankfurt, Germany, then received his surgical training in the United States at the University of Florida in Gainesville.
Dr. Miranda is certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Not only does he speak 6 languages fluently (¡hablamos español!), he is a former surgeon whose passion for medicine and kind bedside manner will assure you and your family top notch care. Dr. Miranda helps his patients feel better about themselves both inside and out so they can live longer, more fulfilling lives. He has been helping people get healthy and stay healthy for over 40 years.
